The Supporter Drink Ticket Program allows participating Cheers Alexandria organizations to begin fundraising before their event.

Organizations sell $6 Supporter Drink Tickets to their supporters and earn a $2 fundraising credit for every ticket sold, adding up to $200 to their final Cheers Alexandria event payout.

Organizations may request up to 100 Supporter Drink Tickets.

We encourage you to request only the quantity you feel confident your organization can sell.

Each Supporter Drink Ticket sells for $6.

All organizations sell tickets at the same price.

Your organization collects the payment when selling the tickets.

On the night of your Cheers Alexandria event, your organization will return:

• All unsold tickets

• The full proceeds collected from ticket sales

Your fundraising credit of $2 per ticket sold will be included in your final Cheers Alexandria event payout.

You earn $2 for every ticket sold.

Examples:

• 25 tickets sold = $50

• 50 tickets sold = $100

• 75 tickets sold = $150

• 100 tickets sold = $200

This is in addition to the money your organization earns during your Cheers Alexandria event.

Each ticket is redeemable for one eligible featured drink from the current Supporter Drink Ticket Menu at Ollie Birch.

The current menu is always available by scanning the QR code on the ticket or by viewing the printed menu in-store.

Supporter Drink Tickets are not valid during your organization's Cheers Alexandria event.

This helps maximize your event-day fundraising by ensuring featured drink purchases continue to contribute to your fundraiser.

Supporter Drink Tickets expire six months from the date they are issued.

The expiration date helps ensure tickets are redeemed while the current program and menu offerings remain active.

Simply return any unsold tickets on the night of your Cheers Alexandria event.

Supporter Drink Tickets function like cash.

Organizations are responsible for all tickets issued to them until they are returned or sold.

Each ticket is individually numbered for tracking and may not be copied, reproduced, or altered.

Yes.

Supporter Drink Tickets are transferable. Anyone may redeem the ticket before its expiration date, provided it is used according to the program terms.

Every ticket includes a QR code directing supporters to the current Supporter Drink Ticket Menu.

A printed menu is also available at the Ollie Birch register.

Submitting all ticket proceeds allows us to accurately reconcile ticket sales and include your organization's fundraising credit in your final Cheers Alexandria event payout.

This process keeps the program simple, transparent, and consistent for every participating organization.

Your final Cheers Alexandria payout may include:

• $2 fundraising credit for each Supporter Drink Ticket sold

• $3 from every featured drink sold during your event

• 10% of all other food and beverage sales during your event

Your final check will reflect the combined impact of all three fundraising opportunities.
